Plugin SMD replacement for old ITI EQs potted rectangle filter opamps on 20229 & 30299 PCBs.

The ITI filter adaptor replaces the below type ITI 30229 filter modules directly with gold fork plug-in option selected.

The ITI filter adaptor also replaces the 20229 Equiliser PCB version with wire solder-in option selected.
