We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold can be checked and updated by yourself by simply logging in with your user name and password. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings. If you have any questions/comments about privacy, you should contact us. Return Policy Returns must be in the complete and original packaging with all accessories, show no signs of wear or use and include a Return Authorization number or be subject to a restocking fee. Items which are not normally stocked (discontinued products, used products, kits that have been unpacked and/or assembly has been started, etc.) are not returnable. We do not except returns if you have just changed your mind or circumstance as outlined by the Queensland trade practices act. In rare cases it's possible that a product has a manufacturing defect. If you believe you've received a defective product, the first thing you should do is contact us by email or phone so we confirm with you that you this is so and we'll respond quickly with an RA (return authorization) number. If we determine the unit failed under warranty within 30 days of purchase we will cover shipping costs to replace the unit. |
