Small PCB for our Shorting and Non Shorting  2 x 12 position rotary switches. Can be used for dual gain switch or dual frequency switch in lots of audio designs.

PCB holds resistors and 4 pin headers so can convert normal and centre tapped single or dual pots to 12 position switched resistor bank.
