Plug-in ROHS Lead-Free passive adaptor pcb to replace old ITI EQs amp pcb with 3 potted rectangle opamps.

Allows discrete opamps like JLM99v, JLM 25HV, JLM35HVFET, FLICK535 etc to plug in and run on the +/-28v power rails.

The ITI Amp adaptor replaces the below old 1970s type ITI audio path modules.
