Socket adaptor for replacing 8 pin SIL HA1457 opamps with 2520 / 990 footprint type DOA

The adaptor can have SIL pins mounted offset by 7.5mm (0.3") left or right to help it fit in tight spaces. 

HA1457 are used in many old Yamaha PM2000, M1516, M1524, M1532 etc consoles.
