Socket adaptor for replacing soldered-in Yamaha NE80100 & NE80200 opamps with 2520 / 990 socket footprint so opamps can be plugged in and swapped easily.
The PCB Pads and holes in the old Yamaha PCBs are too small to be drilled out for the sockets. This adaptor makes it easy as it can solder in without modifying the PCB while adding extra 1uF power rail decoupling caps for better opamp stability. Also an extra negative feedback cap can be added for opamps like 2520 if needed.
Yamaha NE80100 & NE80200 opamps are used in many old Yamaha PM2000, M1516, M1524, M1532 etc consoles.
