  Recorded Demo's for CUSTARD's new album at Red Zed's on Friday the 3/7/98. Eight NEW songs were recorded. Hit Song, Heavy Metal Singer, Calomine Lotion , Nervous Break Dance, Caboolture Speed Lab, Valder-Rama, The Secret of Matt Finish, Phone Operator.
    Mastering Computer (Davey and Robert Moore)
  Recorded Disgraceland at Sunshine Recording Studio at the end of April for a week. Neve 1073 console on to sony 24 track 2 inch tape. Mixed to quarter inch tape then on to DAT and a quick Mastering on Computer at my place. I Recorded and Mastered the Whole Album in less than two weeks. Below is a review from Rolling Stone Magazine so they tell me.

  Mastered Latest Miami CD on my computer. Davey recorded and mixed the whole thing on his new 8 track hard disk wonder toy. It is full of wild Davey ideas. He has made it sound fantastic and diverse. You can just listen to it over and over. Moreen's vocal's cruise along ,Paul and Nordo push the song's along. Make sure you hear the New Miami Album!   Jeff Lovejoy, DOC, and myself recorded DEVO's last gig ever (supposedly) at LIVID threw some real Neve 1073's and some of my A-Class Mic-Pres on to 24 tracks of ADAT. DEVO have taken the tapes back with them. Looks like it will be released in Aussie as part of some deal DEVO did with the Livid people!
  Recorded at OPM with Propane and recorded six songs. Square eyes, Datsun 180B, Fool Today, Get it on, Easy Rider, Listening to too much Brian Adams. Listening to too much Brian Adams is very catchy and fun. Datsun 180B is having a Video done at the moment and the six or five track CD should be out early 1998.
  Recorded Custard Demo's at Damien Gerards in Sydney. Demo's were Nice Bird ,Nice Bird with Answering Machine ,Hosef Malone with Drums, Hosef without Drums ,Truth about Drugs and M.O.C.A.T.G. Hosef without drums is on the B side on the Anatomically Correct Single. All the other demo's were recorded at OPM in Brisbane.
  On the studio front I have worked with Miami on COSTUME OF SAND. CUSTARD on the Leisuremaster Single Leah Baker and I recorded Video Killed the Radio Star and Government Centre and a third track Express Yourself (A killer version) that did not get approval in time to make the pressing. I hope it makes a B side one day. Davey and Matt rapping just has to be heard. Also I did some of the recording for COW's BEARD cd and Mixed Glen's great song Tall Buildings. I worked with Tim Finn and Regurgitator on two separate occasions together. They recorded all sorts of stuff including a pumping fast version of I SEE RED. Crop Circles second CD High in the Sky I recorded three of the six songs. World Controller, Hideaway, Without You.
