Fantastic, appreciate the responseJoe Malone wrote: ↑Sat Mar 15, 2025 8:01 pmYes you will see the pcb has the LL1538 pinout and outline on itkellyad33 wrote: ↑Sat Mar 15, 2025 9:00 amI just ordered the mono v3 kit.
I was considering trying a Lundahl LL1538 as I have one from a different project. Will this fit without modification? Is it a straight drop in?
(I haven't really looked at the schematic or anything yet but just thought I'd check anyway)
Cheers

Re: MONO Ver2 Mic pre kit BUILD THREAD
Just finishing up this build but a quick question.
I went with the dual JLM99v opamps for the Mono v3. Do I solder the opamps directly to the board? Or was it supposed to come with the pin risers that you normally have in your preamp builds for the opamps?
Not sure if it's a height issue though with the risers but thought I should check.

Thanks so much for all the help with my questions earlier in this thread, Joe. It turned out great, I've been using it on stage for the last year and a half. Absolutely delighted with it. Some photos:
