Jlm DI Opamp version Connect parallell DI input eg. Neutrik combo Jack

Hello!
Have an old DI kit with opamp, is there any mod or something to do for attaching a parallell instrument input with in my case a Neutrik switching combojack for instrument in?

Found the external switch mod for the DI fet(cut trace) but not the schematisk to Compere.

I am not sure what you mean by parallel inst input? Do you mean thru output? or you actually want to plug in 2 devices to the one DI?

If you just want the combo jack to auto switch from mic xlr input to Di inst jack input it would have to have a DPDT switch built-in to the combo jack or a SPST switch to operate a DPDT relay.
