Re: BA BA2 BA4 BAD Dual99v Build Thread
Hi Joe, I deleted that post - must have been while you were replying. The fault is only in one board, the other 3 work fine (my mistake) and all opamps are good. I'm sure it is related to a mixup I had with this particular board and had to remove a ceramic cap, and in doing so may have damaged the b...

Re: Regurgitator - basis for active mic splitter?
Hi Joe, ever thought of making a kit active mic splitter? Maybe the regurgitator could be the basis for it? I don't know if there's a lot of call for one, or if people prefer passive splits, bit it seems the reason a lot of people use passives is because of the cost involved to buy actives. Just a t...

black wire on jlm input tx?
Just wanted to check where the black wire on the 1:4 jlm tx goes on the BA PCB... is it connected to the point where a pcb mount tranny connects to 0V - between where the red and yellow wires connect, or is it not connected at all and just left floating?
Thanks
Thanks

SUmming switch on BA4
Hi, I'm building a BA4 with no output transformers, and was wondering how easy it would be to put a summing switch on channels 2,3 & 4, so that one way they all go out their direct outs, and another way they all go out the output of ch 1. Anyone tried this? Any thoughts? For me it would be handy as ...

Variable pad noise, DC? (solved)
EDIT - I'll sound stupid, but for the sake of anyone else searching - I had the connections back the front. The XLR input was connected to where the mic pre input should have been connected and vice versa. All works fine now. I'll go get fitted for some glasses.) HI, I 've only recently had a chance...

Re: Go Between / Variable pad noob question - strapping
My mistake, I didn't see the jumpers in the bag, but just went and looked and they are there.
Thanks Joe.
Thanks Joe.

Go Between / Variable pad noob question - strapping
Hi,
I'm putting a variable pad kit on a go between with no di. Can I just strap the two pairs of connect points on the pad board where the di socket goes with some wire and leave out the di socket?
I haven't got any IDC jumpers handy.
Thanks.
Andy
