The web shop will offer the Free Shipping option automatically when the $AUD amount is reached. Just select it as your shipping option to not be charged for shipping.

Air Mail

Air Mail from Australia has NO tracking at all and usually takes 10 working days from when the parcel is processed by Australia Post. This 10 days does NOT include the time it may take for the parcel to clear the destination countries customs office which can add 1 to 2 weeks some times. All parcels sent by Air Mail are at the buyers risk as we have no way of checking if you received the parcel or not. Having said that we have only lost about 2 parcels in over 10000+ shipped in the past 10+ years but have had several parcels that have turned up late. Most late arrivals are due to no calling card being left at buyers letter box or left in wrong letter box and are using found at your local post office waiting for the buyer.

What to do if you think your parcel is late or have any questions about your parcel.

First email us and we will check out the photos we took of the final packed parcel to check actual shipping date and rough date of arrival.

Second check with your local post office to see if they are holding a parcel in your name.

Third check with your local customs office to see if they are holding a parcel in your name.

All other forms of international shipping we use has full online tracking. And tracking info will be at the bottom of the final web shop email which confirms we recieved your money and the parcel is packed and will ship in the next couple of days.

All kits ship without instructions. All this info is kept up to date on our JLM forum site here so you can read and see photo's of what is involved in building each kit before you buy.

The main Build thread for each kit type will be on the first page. While other smaller question threads can be found searching the forum pages.

Ordering only a few PCBs in one order with no other parts or kits.

Then type PCB in the Enter Code box and hit Apply Changes button when ordering and this will add a discount to make the shipping cheaper.

Currencies on the JLM web shop other than AUD.

When paying by bank transfers make sure you have your bank transfer the exact AUD amount with all transfer fees reflected to your account so we receive the correct AUD amount.

Australian orders will have 10% GST Tax added to the JLM web shop price in the checkout basket process.
