How about a genuinely high quality but compact and cheap stereo headphone amp kit?
I've built a cMoy but the quality is not that great even with uprated components etc..
I've seen the thread about using 2 BAs as a headphone amp... seems overkill..
what about a reference quality studio monitoring headphone amp - stereo on one pcb as simple and cheap as possible?
failing a JLM kit to do this, can anyone point me to a good DIY project on the net with easily obtainable parts etc?
headphone amp?

i was thinking headphone amps the other day too, stumbled across this one, seems very highly regarded:

there is a long thread on headwize.com - but the server is temporarily offline... i believe the designer(s) are forum members there.
there are boards and parts available from the above link at very reasonable prices!
there's heaps of other headphone related stuff on headwize.com too!
cheers,
