How hard to add a phase meter to the VU Kit

I've looked at the VU kit a few times thinking thats cool, It got me wondering how hard to add a additional phase meter to the VU Kit.
Is anyone interested?

You can make a simple L-R phase meter by sending unbalanced +L to the +in and +R to the -in. Or if balanced is needed use 4 x 10k resistors to mix the Left and right inputs to the one buffer PCB with right balanced input + & - reversed.
To make a true centre needle type phase meter it is much more complicated.
