Baby Animal CL Value

I recently ordered JLM Baby Animal kit. I am using the OPA2604 Opamp in conjunction with the JLM14 Input transformer.

Looking at the chart for the value of CL it states to use 390pF. Looking at the schematic it states that I should be using 220pF.

Anyone able to fill me in as to what I should use or to tell me im a putz looking at the wrong thing

CL = 220pF for fixed impedance.
CL = 390pF for variable impedance.

thanks joe..

is that chart for the benefit of people adding the variable impendance whilst the values from the schematic are for no impendance?
