I can't get my head around this:

Go between with Fet DI.

Gobetween works as it should be with microphone input and with the two bridge adaptors on the 10 pin connector.
Gobetween and Fet DI connected with the flat cable: DI input works , Mic input doesn't.

Did I connected the flat cable the wrong way and damaged the relais ?

Send a photo of the ribbon cable and top and bottom of the FetDI pcb to my email so I can check it over.

Red stripe should line up with the triangle on each 10 pin plug and socket. If made with one end reversed it shorts out the 48v power rail protecting the FetDI and GO between kit.

Can you hear the relay click when you plug in and out of the DI socket?

What 48v power supply are you using? Is it still 48v when nothing is plugged into the DI socket?
