Looking for right angle toggles with bushing

Hi, I'm trying to find a switch like the ones that come with the go between kits. A right angle DPDT with the threaded bushing and nut. I've found right angle switches on mouser but none of them seem to have the bushing, unless of course I'm reading the data sheets wrong. Can anyone help me out with a part#? I'm in the US if that makes a difference.

We have them made for us with special contacts for switching low level audio.
They are available on the JLM web shop as a spare part.
