Micro Champ Amp Build?

I would like to build this amp or something of a similar ultra small size with tube tone:

If someone has built this in Australia and could advise me how to source the parts cheaply it would be much appreciated.

I want an amp that is ultra small, portable and light for putting into carry on luggage. Ideally running on a power supply rated 110-240v.
(I travel alot for work and my line 6 guitar port + headphones sounds horrible).
