Help with 2 x 50v Bi Polar caps

Hi all I need some help with the installation of the 2 x 50v Bi polar caps (the black ones in the kit. All the other caps have the required polarity marked on the PCB. This one does not and I'm guessing...!!! :oops: Not real clever thing to do with a PCB!!! :lol: So can someone enlighten me regards ...

It's likely that I'll be buying a pair to drive my nearfields. They'll be configured as per Joe's drawing, however, I'm wondering whether there are any particular potentiometers (quality wise) that would be better to use other than Jaycar's stock line. 8) Can't help you there with the Pot spec..., ...

I got one directly from Joe as part of a poweramp kit. It was simple to assemble and with Al front and back...simple to work with.

So here we go with the questions.... :o :P First of all, the LEDs. They are connected to the appropriate trem but I think from what I have read that they can be put in backwards. Forgot to ask, what mods would you recommend across the Vol terms for Bass amp applications? you mentioned resistor/cap, what specifically? Remember I know Jack a :oops: bout the details of circuits, understand the basic freq principles of resistors and capacitors but need real help with the detail....

Here's some background... heres what I'm buying... 2 x Amp kits 2 x 75mm heatsinks 1 x 2unit high case 1 x 160VA power transformer 1 x 35A bridge rectifier The reason I am building this is to get a bit of experience before tackling a BBA2 or 4. As a pre-cursor to building the Baby Animal I have decided to give the poweramp kit a go. Has anyone here built one? Would enjoy having a reference or two for when I get stuck :? :)

Just photos, a parts list and a circuit diagram. I'm worried that since I don't read circuit diagrams (I know ht estrips on resistors...
