  • OLD way to buy
  • 1. Click on the Contact us button on the top menu.
  • 2. Type in subject "Want to buy".
  • 2. Type in a list of what JLM Products or kits or parts you want with quantities.
  • 3. Tell us which country you would like us to ship too or preferably your full address so we can work out shipping.
  • 4. If wanting ECI shipping with tracking please supply your phone number for the ECI form.
  • 5. Also include any questions you have.
  • We will return your email with a total cost including Air Mail and all our PayPal details for PayPal Cash & PayPal Credit Card.
  • (Air Mail under 2kg with no insurance has no track or trace possible) If you want tracking on the parcel mention this in the email and we quote you on ECI courier which is online track able but is more expensive)
  • (Air Mail is normally 6 to 10 working days transit time and ECI courier is 3 to 6 working days)
  • We can also supply  you with our Bank details if you ask for them. 
  • We usually try to ship with in 48 hours of receiving the PayPal payment email but some times with the volume we are shipping we may have to wait for a part to arrive to fill the order.
  • We will ship as soon as possible and send you a email as soon as the parcel ships letting you know the parcel is on its way and if you have paid for tracking this info will be in this email as well.
  • Please note you need to pay us in Australian Dollars which is easy with PayPal.
  • BANK FEES
  • For small items it is best to use PayPal Cash Transfer as there no fees to add. To use PayPal as a cash transfer you need to put cash into your PayPal account and then transfer it to us. You can also use Echeck but we will only ship once the cash has cleared into our account.
  • You can also use Credit Card by PayPal Credit Card Transfer but you need to add  4% PayPal Fees.
  • Also when direct transferring into our bank account from another country there is a bank fee of $25AUD that needs to be added to the total. (This doesn't apply to PayPal transfers.)

     

    The calculator below gives the conversion amount from bank to bank which is usually 3% less than PayPal or your bank will actually pass on to you as a individual. So adding 3% to the amount given will give you very close to the real conversion amount.
